In plain language: where listings come from, what the check means and how ranking works.

How we collect listings
We view public listing pages, always link to the original page and show only the first photo and a short description for discovered listings.

What the check means
Verified: we have established who this landlord is through registry details and our own review. No check means ‘not reviewed’, not ‘doubtful’. Verification is never connected to payment.

Moderation and reporting
Direct listings are checked for completeness and compliance. Anyone can report incorrect or suspicious listings using the report button.

How we rank results
The default order is newest first and filters narrow the list. Featured is paid advertising, capped at two labelled slots, and never changes normal order or alerts. In the multi-provider popup, paying providers appear first.

Opt-outs
We process verified removal or correction requests for discovered listings within 48 hours.
