For accounts we use name, email address, sign-in details and account status. For saved searches and alerts we use housing preferences and delivery settings.

For messages we use content, sender, recipient and timestamps. For payments we use subscription and transaction references. We use analytics data only with consent.

We process data to perform the contract, meet legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as security, and based on consent for optional cookies or marketing.

We keep account data while the account exists and afterwards only as needed for legal or security purposes. We retain messages for 12 months after the last message.

We retain invoice records for 7 years for tax obligations. We keep consent records as long as needed to demonstrate the choice.

We use categories of providers for hosting, email and payments. They process data only on our instructions and under suitable agreements.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object. You can withdraw consent at any time.

You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
