RentRunner shows discovered rental listings and links straight to agencies and verified landlords. RentRunner does not rent homes or mediate rental agreements.

You are responsible for accurate account information and keeping your sign-in details secure.

Consumer prices include VAT. The monthly plan can be cancelled monthly. Cancellation takes one button in your account and is as easy as signing up.

A trial lasts 14 days. You have a 14-day withdrawal right. When requesting immediate access, we ask for explicit consent to performance during the withdrawal period and its consequences.

Use RentRunner personally and lawfully. Automated scraping, bulk copying, bypassing technical measures and reselling data are not allowed.

We do not impose contractual fines for this, but may restrict misuse or block an account.

We aim for current and accurate information, but listings can change or disappear. Always verify the price, availability and terms at the source.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for decisions or agreements between users and providers.

Submit complaints through the contact page. We acknowledge receipt and try to find a reasonable solution.

Dutch law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protection.

Business landlords need a valid Chamber of Commerce registration. A listing must include accurate home, price, cost, availability and contact information.

Messages must be relevant, respectful and non-discriminatory. We may moderate content and provide reasons and an available appeal route when restrictions apply.

Featured listings are clearly labelled as advertising. A landlord may opt out discovered listings; after verification we process the request within 48 hours.
